DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oil and sauté the onion
- Add the spices and allow to cook for 30 sec to 1 min
- Add the garlic and ginger, stir well
- Add the beef, water and sugar
- Close the lid and allow to cook
- Once cooked season to taste
- Chefs tip: add potatoes or carrots for a richer stew type Marsala
