DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the beer, onions, cloves, bay leaves and black pepper to the Salton Pressure cooker
  2. Add the gammon
  3. Close the lid and set to Meat Rich
  4. Once cooked, remove the gammon
  5. Strain the beer sauce and mix in 4 tbsp of sauce with honey and mustard
  6. Serve over the slices of gammon
