DIRECTIONS
- Add the beer, onions, cloves, bay leaves and black pepper to the Salton Pressure cooker
- Add the gammon
- Close the lid and set to Meat Rich
- Once cooked, remove the gammon
- Strain the beer sauce and mix in 4 tbsp of sauce with honey and mustard
- Serve over the slices of gammon

- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Mustard
