DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into the Smoothie Maker
- Blend on low for a few seconds
- Switch to high and blend until smooth
- Pour into tall glasses and serve
- Add extra milk or water to achieve the right consistency for drinking.

- 6 “ ready to eat” dried apricots, quartered
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunky pieces
- 2 tbsp oat-bran
- 1 tsp clear honey
