DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, sift the cocoa powder, flour and baking powder
  2. In a bowl add the butter, sugar, salt, water and vanilla
  3. Cream ingredients with a whisk then add the dry ingredients
  4. Add the eggs and beat batter until smooth
  5. Pour batter into the pressure cooker pot
  6. Close the lid and allow to bake
  7. Once baked, allow to cool slightly.
  8. Remove from the pot and allow to cool on a cooling rack
  9. Decorate as desired

Chef’s tip: wrap the cake in tin foil while hot so that it stays moist
