DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, sift the cocoa powder, flour and baking powder
- In a bowl add the butter, sugar, salt, water and vanilla
- Cream ingredients with a whisk then add the dry ingredients
- Add the eggs and beat batter until smooth
- Pour batter into the pressure cooker pot
- Close the lid and allow to bake
- Once baked, allow to cool slightly.
- Remove from the pot and allow to cool on a cooling rack
- Decorate as desired
Chef’s tip: wrap the cake in tin foil while hot so that it stays moist
