DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oil add the onion , cumin, paprika and chili flakes
- Add remaining ingredients into the pressure cooker
- Close the lid and allow to cook
- Once cooked remove and serve chunky with fresh bread
- Chefs tip: Add a dash of cinnamon when serving the soup
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup samp and beans soaked in water over night
- 500g pumpkin cubed
- 1-2 cups fresh corn
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 potato, peeled and chopped
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp cumin ground
- 2 tsp parsley, fresh chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 cups vegetable stock
