DIRECTIONS
- Add the lemon and 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker, close the lid and set on rice delicate
- Once cooked add the sugar, half a cup water and lemon juice
- Set the pressure cooker to rice, rich.
- Once cooked remove from the pressure cooker and into clean jars
- Seal tightly. Add 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker
- Place the jars at the bottom of the pressure cooker
- Set on rice delicate and close
- This is to sterilise the jar. Once done remove with a glove allow to cool then refrigerate

- 1kg sugar
- Juice of a lemon
- 1-2 cups water
