Lemon Marmalade

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the lemon and 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker, close the lid and set on rice delicate
  2. Once cooked add the sugar, half a cup water and lemon juice
  3. Set the pressure cooker to rice, rich.
  4. Once cooked remove from the pressure cooker and into clean jars
  5. Seal tightly. Add 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker
  6. Place the jars at the bottom of the pressure cooker
  7. Set on rice delicate and close
  8. This is to sterilise the jar. Once done remove with a glove allow to cool then refrigerate

  1. 500 g lemons, halved and sliced thinly

  4. 1-2 cups water
