DIRECTIONS
- Stand the mango on a chopping board and carefully cut either side of the large flat stone using a sharp knife
- Scoop out the flesh with a dessert spoon and place this in the Smoothie Maker
- Add the yoghurt, milk, ice cubes and mint leaves
- Blend on low for a few seconds
- Switch to high and blend until smooth
- Serve in tall glasses, decorated with sprigs of mint

- 150g fat-free bio yoghurt
- 350ml skimmed milk, chilled
- 6 ice cubes
- Small bunch fresh mint leaves, plus extra sprigs to garnish
