Minted Mango & Yoghurt Smoothie

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stand the mango on a chopping board and carefully cut either side of the large flat stone using a sharp knife
  2. Scoop out the flesh with a dessert spoon and place this in the Smoothie Maker
  3. Add the yoghurt, milk, ice cubes and mint leaves
  4. Blend on low for a few seconds
  5. Switch to high and blend until smooth
  6. Serve in tall glasses, decorated with sprigs of mint
