DIRECTIONS
- Set the Salton Pressure cooker to Meat standard
- Add the oil and brown the meat on both sides
- Set aside and fry the onions, spices and tomato paste
- Add the beef, stock, wine, carrots and mushrooms
- Set the pressure cooker to Meat Rich
- Depending on the cut of meat you may need to use Meat rich program twice
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ cup stock
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 cup quarter mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
