Preheat oven to 200 °C
Peel sweet potatoes then cut lengthwise in half, then in wedges.
Place cut sweet potatoes into a suitable bowl, add olive oil, garlic oil, pepper and onions and toss until well coated
Spread out onto a baking tray in a single layer
Sprinkle with salt and place into preheated oven.
Bake at 200′ c for +-30 minutes, until tender and golden brown, turning sweet potatoe chips occasionally.
Mix chopped parsley, daniah, thyme and Aromat and sprinkle over baked sweet potatoe fries
Serve with any meat or poultry dish or on its own
750g Sweet potatoes, wedges
3/4 tsp Salt
2/4 tsp Pepper black, crushed
3/4 tsp Parsley chopped
3/4 tsp Coriander chopped
1/2 tsp Thyme dried
1½ tsp Olive Oil
3/4 tsp Garlic Oil
1½ tsp Onions, cut into small cubes
